The second domestic property of the “Unbound Collection by Hyatt” is planned for Tokyo's Toranomon district, opening as “HOTEL TORANOMON HILLS” on December 6, 2023. This is a highly rewarding position where you won't just handle routine HR tasks. Instead, you'll integrate the HOTEL TORANOMON HILLS Unbound Collection by Hyatt brand into HR strategy and drive its implementation.
This position involves managing HR for two Hyatt-affiliated hotels: Andaz Tokyo and Hotel Toranomon Hills (adjacent to Andaz Tokyo). As a business partner to department heads and section managers at each hotel, you will handle the following HR responsibilities:

◇ Employee Benefits
◇ Problem-solving for departments and sections
◇ Enhancing internal communication

◇ Practical experience in recruitment and labor relations preferred
