JLLの不動産サービス業務における生産性向上とDX推進を担うシステム開発エンジニアを募集します。

Python・Databricksを中核技術として、社内業務の効率化・自動化を実現するシステム開発に携わっていただきます。

特に、JLLのAIツール「JLLGPT」と連携したAIソリューションの開発により、組織全体のデジタル変革を推進していただくポジションです。

主な職務内容

データ処理・AI開発: Databricksを活用したデータ分析基盤の構築・運用・開発

AIツール「JLLGPT」との連携開発: JLLGPTと連携した業務効率化ツールの設計・実装

Webアプリケーション開発: OutSystemsによるノーコード/ローコード開発

必要なスキル・経験

【必須要件】

プログラミング: Python、Jupyter Notebook、Python Scriptを用いた開発経験

API開発: REST APIの設計・実装・テスト経験

データベース: SQL、リレーショナルデータベースの運用経験

【歓迎要件】

AI・機械学習: LLM（ChatGPT、Claude等）を活用したプロンプトエンジニアリング経験

データエンジニアリング: データベースパフォーマンスチューニング、RAG（Retrieval-Augmented Generation）システムの設計・構築経験

クラウドプラットフォーム: AWS/Azure/GCP での開発・運用経験

Webアプリケーション: フロントエンド・バックエンドを含むWebアプリ開発経験

ノーコード/ローコード: OutSystems による開発経験

プロジェクト管理: アジャイル開発手法（Scrum/Kanban）の実践経験
