＜募集背景（Job Background Summary) ＞
急速な事業拡大のため、当社がプロパティマネジメント（PM）業務を受託する物流施設等の管理物件の技術アドバイザーを募集しています。

＜ミッション＞
テクニカルマネージャーとして、日常修繕や遵法性確保について当社のPM担当へ技術的アドバイスを行うとともに、管理物件の大規模修繕等にあたりオーナーに対して提案業務を行い実行すること。

＜仕事内容（Job Description) ＞
・    受託管理物件の年間修繕計画・中長期修繕計画の立案、及びその履行
・    受託管理物件のCM（工事起案検討・仕様確認・入札開催（もしくは見積り精査）・工事検収）業務
・    工事実施、完了確認のための現地調査及び関連会社との打ち合わせ
・    テナント入居、造作（原状変更）申請の適法性含む精査
・    ビルメンテナンスコストの適正検証

＜働き方＞
・    各物件のPM担当とそれぞれチーム組成し業務にあたっていただきます。
・    テクニカルチームメンバーと定例Mtgにて情報共有行い、技術アドバイザーとして相互補完しながらチームで対応いただきます。
・    フレックス制を導入しており、メリハリをつけた働き方ができます。
・   サテライトオフィスでの業務も可能ですので、現場からオフィスに戻ることもなく、効率的に業務を行うことが可能です。

＜求められる経験、知識、スキル（Related experience, knowledge＆skill）＞
プロパティマネジメント会社技術部門、ゼネコンやサブコンの設計部門若しくは施工部門、ビル管理会社、コンストラクションマネジメント会社出身者歓迎

・    PM担当とチームで対応するため、複数人で業務を進めるコミュニケーション能力
・    技術アドバイザーとして、各タスクを自身で完結しクライアントへ報告する能力

・　企業内の技術部門にて複数名の部下を持つ職歴（自身の担当物件対応と部下担当案件の包括的なReviewができる能力
・    レポーティングのPCスキル（MS Office全般）

＜歓迎条件（Preferredあれば尚可）＞
・    一級建築士
・    建築設備士
・    防災防火管理者、エネルギー管理者等、管理保全関連の資格
・    宅地建物取引士
