コンストラクションマネージャーとして、単なる工事管理ではなく、投資用不動産の資産価値維持・向上に直接関わる戦略的な役割を担えます。J-REITやファンドといった機関投資家のパートナーとして、数億円から数十億円規模の不動産ポートフォリオの修繕戦略を立案し、実行できる責任あるポジションです。

オフィスビルからロジスティクス施設まで、異なる特性を持つ投資用不動産を扱うため、建物用途ごとの専門知識と管理ノウハウを幅広く身につけることができます。各々の建物特性や利用者ニーズに応じた最適解を見つける、高度な問題解決能力が養われます。

【業務内容】

当社がプロパティマネジメント（運営）しているオフィス、ロジスティクスといった投資用不動産の修繕計画の策定や、工事発注手続き、品質管理、工事検収を

ご担当頂きます。
建物は築年数の経過によって、メンテナンスや更新工事が必要になるため、
建物の特性とクライアントであるJ-Reitやファンドの要望に合わせ、最適な修繕計画の策定と実行を担当していただきます。

　・オフィスビル、ロジスティクスといった投資用不動産の中長期修繕計画の策定
　・修繕工事、計画工事の立案、仕様作成、入札実施、発注、品質管理、工事検収

　・対象不動産における建築、消防等の遵法性の確認

✓求められるご経験

　・不動産業界（アセットマネジメント、プロパティマネジメント）におけるコンストラクションマネージャーとしての一定年数のご経験

　・ゼネコン、サブコン、BM会社等における施工管理業務等の一定年数のご経験

✓語学

　・日本語での業務となります。
