「仕事の内容」

JLLリテールマネジメント管理商業施設PMマネージャー：

■オーナーからお預かりしている全国各地の商業施設の運営管理を実施。

売上管理、契約管理、工事管理、予算管理、販促管理、新店舗誘致など、運営管理業務全般を行って頂きます。

■「オーナー・テナント・消費者」等、全ての関係者の利益のために業務を行います。

■具体例：オーナーと連携し施設の課題抽出と解決方法を提案します。契約時における賃料交渉やコストカットなどを行い資産価値向上に努めます。

「必要な能力・経験」

（以下、いずれか必須）

■不動産業界での「物件管理or開発or営業」の経験

■流通小売業界での「店舗運営（店長）or店舗開発or販促」の経験

■商業施設におけるプロジェクトマネジメントの経験
