In this position as Online Marketing Sales Agent (m/f/d), you will be the first point of contact for various customer enquiries, whether by phone, email or chat.

Start 04.08.2024 | full time (40 hours per week) | at our location Concentrix Berlin - Andreasstraße 10 | Service hours: Monday - Friday between 8.45am and 5.15pm | Support languages: Dutch and English | a fix Salary: 2.750,00€ gross/month | exclusive language allowance: 300,00€ | temporary contract

What you will do in this role

As an Sales Agent (m/f/d) in our Social Media Support team you will:

Contact existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat and email.You identify sales opportunities and providing your businesses-contacts with the best solution for their business goals.Analyze marketing campaigns on behalf of your customers.Carrying out digital campaigns on behalf of your client and monitoring success.identify campaign trends and act early on challenging developments in your customer campaignssustainably improve the customer experience by promoting optimal and appropriate product use

Your qualifications

Are fluently in word and speech in Dutch and have very good command of English (at least B2 level)Have at least 1 year of experience in Sales – you should have a commercial mindset, be strongly sales driven, and possess entrepreneurial thinking and strong influential skillsWould like to become an expert on all Social Media Account Advertising solutions.Own strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skillsHave excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsCan guarantee a Fulltime valid working visa for Germany - no student visa accepted

Ideally you already have:

Experience in social media and/or digital marketingStrong sales-oriented outlook, entrepreneurial thinking and “go the extra mile” attitude
