Job Description/ Position Description:
Lead/Senior/Mid-Level Drupal Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in PHP, Drupal 7, MySQL, and front-end technologies including JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Drupal solutions, custom modules, and responsive themes.
Collaborates across teams to guide architecture decisions, mentor junior developers, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with project goals.
Job Role/ Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Design and develop custom Drupal 7 modules, themes, and features using PHP and MySQL, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Implement Responsive UI/UX using Bootstrap, jQuery, and JavaScript to deliver seamless cross-device experiences.
• Lead Technical Solutions by architecting Drupal-based applications, reviewing code, and guiding development best practices.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders including designers, QA, and project managers to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Optimize and maintain existing Drupal sites, troubleshoot issues, and apply security patches and performance enhancements.
• Mentor and support junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Integrate APIs and Services to extend Drupal functionality and enable third-party system communication.
• Ensure Quality and Compliance through unit testing, documentation, and adherence to coding standards and accessibility guidelines.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Proven experience in Drupal 7 development, including custom module and theme creation using PHP and MySQL.
• Strong front-end development skills with JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap for building responsive and interactive user interfaces.
• Solid understanding of Drupal architecture, hooks, APIs, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience in migrating Drupal sites, including content, configuration, and custom code, especially from older versions or to newer platforms.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the stack and deliver clean, maintainable code.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developer.
