Here’s what your workday will look like: Managing employees: monitoring attendance during the shift, overseeing breaks, and assigning workers to relevant stations as needed Supporting onboarding and certification processes, including training new employees through designated mentors Taking part in leading and implementing continuous improvement processes – LEAN methodology Responsible for tracking the execution of periodic maintenance tasks on the line – including daily, monthly, and annual maintenance Managing and supporting the full production process – including production reporting, meeting departmental targets on a daily/monthly basis, and executing the production plan Conducting investigations into quality and safety events Qualifications (English) Requirements: Fluent Hebrew – mandatory Experience in managing employees – mandatory Experience working in a computerized environment (Oracle) – advantage Basic English Willingness to work 12-hour morning shifts
