תיאור משרה אחריות לפיקוח ולניהול כלל פעילות הלוגיסטיקה הגלובלית של התפעול- לרבות תחבורה, הפצה, ניהול מלאי וציות לרגולציות בשרשרת האספקה. תפקיד זה כולל אחריות להבטחת תהליכים לוגיסטיים יעילים, חסכוניים וביצועים התומכים בפעילות העסקית של החברה ברחבי העולם. דיווח ישיר למנהלת שרשרת האספקה הגלובלית של התפעול. תחומי אחריות עיקריים: הובלת פעילות הלוגיסטיקה באתר הייצור בלהבים ובמתקנים החיצוניים בישראל- כולל ניהול מחסנים, טיפול בחומרי גלם ותוצ"ג ובקרת מלאי. ניהול פעילות ההובלה הגלובלית, הן בהיבט המסחרי והן בהיבט התפעולי – ייבוא, ייצוא, שילוחים ישירים- תוך הבטחת 'תנועות' אפקטיביות של סחורות ברחבי העולם והשגת פתרונות ותעריפים מיטביים. בנייה וניהול של מערכות יחסים וממשקי עבודה עם שותפי לוגיסטיקה גלובליים – משלחים, חברות ספנות, נמלים, רשויות מכס, גורמים ממשלתיים וכו'. קידום תהליכי שיפור מתמיד והתייעלות לוגיסטית במטה ובאתרי/ שווקי החברה ברחבי העולם. הטמעה וניתוח של מדדי ביצועים לוגיסטיים (KPIs) לצורך זיהוי שיפורים בתהליכים וחיסכון בעלויות. הטמעה והרחבה של מערכות ניהול תחבורה (TMS) וכלים דיגיטליים נוספים לשיפור הביצועים והשקיפות. שיתוף פעולה בין-מחלקתי עם הייצור, הרכש, התפ"י, הכלכלית ועוד. דרישות ניסיון מוכח של לפחות 7 שנים בלוגיסטיקה גלובלית, מהן לפחות 3 שנים בתפקיד ניהולי בסביבה גלובלית. ניסיון נרחב בניהול לוגיסטיקה והובלה בינלאומית, במספר אזורים גיאוגרפיים. יכולת מוכחת להוביל צוותים רב-תחומיים ורב-תרבותיים. ידע מעמיק במערכות ERP ופלטפורמת TMS. יכולת גבוהה לניתוח נתונים, ניהול מדדי ביצוע וקבלת החלטות אסטרטגיות בתחום הלוגיסטיקה. שליטה מלאה באנגלית (כתיבה ודיבור). Responsibilities (English) Position Overview: As the Global Logistics Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of the company’s global logistics operations, including transportation, distribution, inventory, and supply chain compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-performance logistics operations to support our global business activities. This role reports directly to the Sr Director Global Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities: Lead the logistics activities across Lehavim’s production site and IL external facilities, including warehousing, material handling, and inventory control. Direct global transportation activity, commercially and operationally - import, export, drop shipments, while ensuring the effective movement of goods across the globe, ensuring the best rates and solutions. Build and manage relationships with global logistics partners - freight forwarders, shipping lines, ports, customs authorities, government entities, etc. Drive and monitor logistics continuous improvement and savings in HQ and in the company’s entities across the world. Implement and analyse key logistics KPIs to identify areas for process improvements and cost savings. Implement and scale Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and other digital logistics tools to optimize performance and visibility. Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, procurement, planning, finance, etc. Manage a large team of employees and managers (approximately 65 employees), oversee human capital, develop and retain employees and managers. Qualifications (English) Proven Experience: 7+ years in global logistics, with at least 3 years in a senior management role within a multinational environment. Industry Expertise: Strong experience in managing international logistics and transportation across multiple geographies. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams. Systems Knowledge: Proficient with ERP systems and TMS platforms. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, manage KPIs, and make strategic logistics decisions. Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
