תיאור משרה ניהול רציפות הייצור באולם, ניהול מלא של העובדים באולם ניהול אישי ומקצועי של עובדי קו הייצור, כולל הפסקות וסידור עבודה. תפעול מלא של האולם, בצורה הטובה ביותר ועם מינימום פגיעה בייצור ובתפוקות, תוך ממשק עם טכנאים. שמירה על איכות ובטיחות, תוך ממשק עם מחלקות האיכות והבטיחות. הטמעה ועמידה בסטנדרטים של LEAN. כפיפים עובדי ייצור, חומרנים, פטרול ומדווח ייצור דרישות לפחות שנתיים ניסיון בניהול של 20 עובדים מאוכלוסיות מגוונות. מיומנויות בינאישיות וניהוליות- יכולת הקשבה והכלה, יכולת העברת מסרים, אסרטיביות, סדר וארגון, מולטיטסקינג, ראייה מערכתית, תעדוף משימות והבחנה בין עיקר לתפול, קבלת סמכות. יכולות ניהוליות- פרואקטיביות, האצלת סמכות, יוזמה והנעת תהליכים, לקיחת אחריות, גמישות מחשבתית. שליטה מלא בשפה העברית- דיבור כתיבה וקריאה שליטה מלאה ביישומי OFFICE נכונות לעבודה במשמרות- 12 שעות (בוקר/ לילה) Responsibilities (English) Managing production continuity in the hall and full management of all employees in the hall Personal and professional management of production line workers, including break schedules and shift planning Full operation of the hall in the most efficient way, minimizing impact on production and output, while coordinating with technicians Maintaining quality and safety standards, in collaboration with the quality and safety departments Implementing and adhering to LEAN standards Direct reports include production workers, material handlers, patrol staff, and production reporters #Sodastream Qualifications (English) At least two years of experience managing 20 employees from diverse backgrounds Strong interpersonal and managerial skills – active listening and empathy, clear communication, assertiveness, organization, multitasking, systemic thinking, task prioritization, ability to distinguish between essential and non-essential matters, and acceptance of authority Managerial abilities – proactiveness, delegation, initiative and process leadership, accountability, and flexible thinking Full proficiency in Hebrew – speaking, writing, and reading Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (day/night)
