Responsibility for machine availability with the required quality standards. Participation in process-focused safety surveys and safety audits to identify on-site hazards. Responsibility for cleanliness and order around injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and the surrounding area. Housekeeping and cleaning performed as part of the setup process. Execution of tasks to meet the production planning and control (PPC) schedule. Ensuring proper, stable, and controlled setup execution. Maintaining a minimal rejection rate; machine operates continuously and meets standard cycle times. Immediate response to process stability and quality issues. Ongoing communication regarding tasks and problems.
