Responsibilities (English) SodaStream is hiring a Shift Supervisor for the Metal Plant Job Description: Managing shift employees: monitoring attendance, managing breaks, and assigning workers to relevant stations as needed Overseeing onboarding and certification processes; training new employees Leading and implementing LEAN processes Responsible for performing periodic maintenance on the line – daily, monthly, and yearly maintenance tasks Filling out and updating checklists in the system; documenting and logging machine part replacements Managing and supporting the entire production process – production reporting, executing the production plan, handling bottlenecks and malfunctions, and assisting with problem-solving Acting as a substitute for the Shift Manager when needed Working 12-hour shifts, including weekends Qualifications (English) Requirements: Experience working in an industrial/manufacturing environment – mandatory Fluent Hebrew – mandatory Experience in managing employees – mandatory Basic English – mandatory Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends
