Обязанности: The Po1 Marketing Strategy Lead is a senior role in Russia PepsiCo Marketing Community, designed for a visionary marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategic thinking and execution. This individual will shape the future of our portfolio, by leading ICP process & Implementation of Key Transformation initiatives like Growth Navigator mindset and will be responsible for finding balanced cross-category solutions, to make sure our marketing agenda is human centric, ambitions, sharply focused & actionable. This is more than a role, it’s an opportunity to redefine how we win in the market, influence at the highest levels, and leave a lasting impact on the business. 1. Strategic Leadership & Growth Acceleration · Define and refine the Po1 portfolio strategy, identifying high-potential growth opportunities and setting clear & balanced priorities · Lead the E2E ICP (Integrated Commercial Planning) process, ensuring seamless alignment across categories & fucntions · Architect the TCP strategy, optimizing omnichannel execution (In-store, AFH, E-commerce, Events). Marketing Operational Excellence Spearhead the Annual Commercial Planning (ACP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP), acting as the marketing function’s strategic anchor. 3. Execution & Stakeholder Influence Own end-to-end strategic projects—from vision to measurable impact—ensuring flawless execution and agile course-correction. Adapt global strategies to local markets, balancing scalability with relevance. Требования: 1. Experience & Expertise · 10+ years in Marketing, trade marketing, or commercial roles, preferably in FMCG or high-growth sectors. · Proven track record of designing and executing portfolio strategies that deliver revenue, market share, and brand equity growth. · Deep understanding of integrated planning (IBP, AOP, PSP/ICP) and omnichannel go-to-market models. 2. Leadership & Skills Strategic Brilliance – Ability to turn complexity into clarity, with a data-driven yet creative approach to growth. Executive Presence – Inspires confidence at the C-level; adept at navigating matrixed organisations and influencing without authority. Commercial Acumen – Balances long-term vision with short-term pragmatism, always tying strategy to ROI.
