In this position you will be responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis. Understands concepts, methods, procedures and approaches.

As a Finance Accountant, you will be responsible for:

Responsible for general accounting and policy application & process administration for all cycles including inventory, revenue recognition, receivables/payables, intercompany, etc.. Understand and interpret applicable Enterprise Standards, SOP and Process Maps to deliver globally competitive financial process/accounting services.Detects and signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements.Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.Contributes to project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months

To be successful in this role you will:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Finance).Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills.
