Responsibility and tasks + Lead and develop the PSL accountant group. + Drive SAP S/4HANA implementation tasks + Act as a trusted finance advisor to the operational organization, including delivering financial training + Actively participate in tenders and contract reviews + Oversee month-end close, annual budgeting, planning, and monthly forecasting + Variance analysis and profitability reporting. + Ensure compliance with procedures and processes. + Support both internal and external audits. + Process improvements. Qualifications and experience + Minimum bachelor within finance and accounting + Minimum 5 years relevant experience with finance accounting/project control, preferable from the oil industry + Strong Excel skills + Proactive and highly developed communication and cooperation skills + Detail-oriented, curious, and with a high level of accuracy in combination with the ability to look at the big picture + Fluent in both Norwegian and English, both oral and written + Good analytical and problem-solving skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Due to occasionally tight deadlines, it is important that you are flexible and willing to adapt to deadlines and everyday challenges.
