Job DescriptionTo develop customers and drive revenue for testing, auditing, and compliance services related to Food Contact Materials (FCM) and ZDHC, focusing on manufacturers and exporters in food packaging, textile, footwear, and chemical industries.

Identify, approach, and develop new customers with needs for FCM and/or ZDHC testing servicesMaintain and expand relationships with existing customersBuild long-term relationships with clients and business partnersTechnical Consulting & Sales
Provide consultancy to customers on:Food Contact Material (FCM) testing in accordance with EU, FDA, VN…ZDHC-related services, including MRSL, wastewater testing, and chemical managementCoordinate with technical and laboratory teams to:Define testing scopePrepare quotations and contractsFollow up on service progressSales Process Management
Prepare sales plans and manage sales pipeline and revenue forecastsNegotiate and close sales contractsMonitor receivables and support debt collection when necessaryMarket Research & Reporting
Keep up to date with market trends and regulatory requirements related to FCM and ZDHCMonitor competitors’ activitiesPrepare periodic sales reports for managementQualificationsKinh nghiệm (Experiences):
- 2 – 4 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) or related fields (chemicals, materials, textiles, packaging, or food industries).
- Experience with FCM, ZDHC testing standards, and REACH, CPSIA, RoHS regulations is an advantage.
- Proven track record in prospecting new clients, maintaining existing accounts, and negotiating contracts.
