**We are searching for the best talent for** **Associate Marketing Specialist** **to be in** **Seoul** **.**
**You will be responsible for** **:**
+ As coordinator responsible for events and conferences, be responsible for managing HCPs, planning and operating HCP-related events.
+ Drive marketing operations and execute impactful marketing programs/campaigns.
+ Plan and develop materials targeting HCPs.
+ Facilitate marketing projects with key stakeholders.
+ Update Market Intelligence
+ Manage Budget / ROI
**Qualifications / Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree or above
+ Related experience in healthcare industry as marketing/sales is preferred
+ Strong project management/drive with setting/delivering specific, measurable objectives
+ Outstanding and clear interpersonal communication skills
+ Comprehensive understanding of brand marketing, healthcare compliance/regulation, and medical device industry
+ Ability to develop robust action plans, overcome obstacles and find solutions to problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
+ Willingness to learn, proactive, positive & innovative mindset
+ Fluent English and Korean communication (Writing & Oral)
*This job will require working on weekends when participating in congresses or events.(Overtime allowance will be provided following adequate policy
