Department Information

[SO/TCR-VH] As an in-house service provider, Bosch Service Solutions Vietnam supports the Bosch Group in areas including Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Data Security, L1/L2 IT Support, Human Resources Shared Services, Web Content Management, Quality Management as well as Translation/Interpreter services. 

We pool administrative tasks and ensure efficient processes and improve the entire service chain using automation solutions such as RPA and AI.

About the Role:

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Web Development Expert with a strong focus on Java backend and React frontend to join our team from August 2025. In this critical role, you'll be instrumental in both maintaining our existing applications and spearheading the implementation of new features, directly contributing to the evolution of our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Maintenance: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within existing applications to ensure optimal performance and stability.New Feature Development: Design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements based on business requirements.Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices and coding standards.Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.Deployment & Operations: Participate in the deployment and hosting processes on Azure, ensuring smooth application delivery and operation.Database Management: Interact with and manage data in both MongoDB and MySQL databases.

Qualifications

Required Competencies & Skill Levels:

Java Backend - Advanced:Demonstrates a strong grasp of Java development principles, frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot), and best practices.Can independently design, develop, and optimize complex backend systems and APIs.Proficient in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning Java applications with minimal supervision.React for Frontend - Intermediate:Demonstrates understanding of core React concepts, component-based architecture, and state management.Can develop and integrate user interfaces, consuming APIs, with some guidance and support.Familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines and tools.MongoDB and MySQL Database - Intermediate:Demonstrates understanding of core database concepts for both relational (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.Can perform data modeling, query optimization, and basic database administration tasks with some guidance.Capable of writing efficient queries and understanding database schema designs.Azure for Deployment & Hosting - Advanced:Has a strong grasp of Azure services relevant to application deployment (e.g., App Services, VMs, Containers, Functions, Networking).Can independently configure, deploy, and manage applications on Azure with minimal supervision.Proficient in troubleshooting deployment issues and optimizing cloud resources.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant academic qualifications3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on backend Java.Fluent in English communication (both written and verbal).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
