BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.

BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.

Job DescriptionReceive specification documents from customer.Import the content of specification in various formats (word, excel, pdf, matrix...) into Doors system, manage version, set attribute and layout as per customer requirement.Ensure consistency of attribute, layouts for all modules.Reflect changes of specification into system when having updates.Develop and manage project metrics.Be in charge of other activities such as system configuration management, baseline copy, tracking report...Translate technical documents from Japanese to English and vice versa

QualificationsUndergraduate students, majoring in Linguistics, Business Administration or relevant fieldsAble to join 6-month full-time internship, and provide a recommendation letter from university.Good at MS Office (Word, Excel)Logical and analytical thinkingGood at English communication Japanese N2 or above
