BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.

BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.

Job DescriptionTranslate technical documents from Japanese to English and vice versaTranslate technical specifications, user manuals, software documentation, and other project-related documents from Japanese to English and vice-versa.Ensure accuracy, linguistic quality, and consistency across all translated materials.Maintain technical accuracy and appropriate terminology by utilizing glossaries, style guides, and translation memory tools.Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and technical writers to clarify technical concepts and terminology.Perform quality assurance reviews and proofreading of translated content.Real-time Interpretation experience is highly preferred.Provide high-accuracy consecutive interpretation during technical discussions, requirement reviews, stand-up meetings, internal team meetings and taking Minutes of meeting.Import the content of specification in various formats (word, excel, pdf, matrix...) into Doors system, manage version, set attribute and layout as per customer requirement.Ensure consistency of attribute, layouts for all modules.Reflect changes of specification into system when having updates.Develop and manage project metrics.Be in charge of other activities such as system configuration management, baseline copy, tracking report...Other tasks as assigned

QualificationsFluency: Native-level proficiency in both spoken and written Japanese and English (JLPT N2 or above for Japanese proficiency).Experience and Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional interpreter and translator in a fast-paced, technical environment, preferably within software development, IT, or engineering.Ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts and terminology.Exceptional active listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Translation Memory (TM) tools (e.g., Trados, MemoQ, Memsource) and terminology management systems.Excellent research skills to ensure accurate technical terms.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF, PPT)Education: Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related technical field is highly preferred. Professional certification in interpretation/translation is a significant asset. Chinese competence is a plus.
