BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.
BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.
Provide first-level support to clients and internal users regarding services and tools, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues.
Assist in data maintenance and documentation related to client service processes.
Manage and monitor issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira), routing tickets or bugs to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Support training and onboarding of clients and internal users on relevant tools and processes.
Communicate proactively and independently with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure a high level of service satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve client service delivery and address any operational challenges.
QualificationsFamiliar with data structures and management in Product Information Management systems or similar platforms.
Understanding of publication and data onboarding processes.
Experience in application support or client service support roles is preferred.
Proficient with issue tracking and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence (plus).
Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
Strong process handling skills with high attention to detail.
Accurate, structured, self-organized, proactive, and creative.
Strong analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and effective troubleshooting abilities.
