Job DescriptionQuality Engineer to handle OES and IAM customer claims.
-Customer Care: Manage, handle customer complaints & warranty (OES/ IAM)
-Implement & Improve Customer Complaint & warranty Management Process in East Asia – Japan
-Product field Observation/Monitoring & preventive measures in the Market
-Preventative Q measures for improved customer satisfaction
-Process improvements with IT skills
-Other tasks when necessary
QualificationsAcademic Degree and Work experience
-Tertiary Degree in Mechanical/ Industrial / Quality/ Production Engineering
-Minimum 5 years in Automotive Industries
-Minimum 3 years in Quality Assurance, Quality Control department
-Experience in technical claim handling with J-OEM and international Customers
-Enough experience in customer report writing with 8D or other equivalent problem-solving method
-Basic Quality knowledge; ISO9001, IATF16949, Core Tools
Skills -Must
-Fluent Japanese and English speaker (English TOEIC above 700, at least no issue in communication)
-International exposure with different cultures
-Basic Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerBI, PPT, Word)

-SAP systems
-Other IT programing knowledge welcomed for process efficiency
