Job DescriptionMonitors financial target achievement, risks and opportunities. Analyzes, interprets and summarizes cross-functional information. Active engagement with cross-functional leadership to provide governance on financial goalsProvides trustfully decision relevant information/recommendation to management including evaluation of different scenarios. Is able to communicate appropriately relevant information to managementConduct technical implementation and configuration of Data & Analytics solutions and transition to operations for ongoing customer successSupports development of new business models

QualificationsMinimally 5+ years work experience is required2+ years of work experience in analytics in a management facing roleAble to communicate effectively in Japanese and English, both verbally and in writingProficient in SAP, MS Office, Statistical Modelling & Digitization trendsAbility to work with colleagues on all levels of the organizationsStrong time management skills with the ability to prioritize under pressure; adapt to work under given timelineGood interpersonal and negotiation skillsDetail-oriented, logical thinking, strong learning ability, sense of responsibility and team work are required
