グローバルチームの一員として、ボッシュのモビリティセクターを支える基幹業務プロセスのサポートをお任せします。SAP R/3 および S/4 HANA アプリケーションを対象とした I2D ロジスティック実行領域において、専門知識を活かし、世界中のボッシュ法人に展開される基幹業務プロセスをサポートしていただきます。SAP "I2D Intralogistics to Demand" WM/EWM プロセスのコンサルタントとして、SAP 環境における I2D 倉庫管理プロセスの展開、サポート、最適化をご担当いただきます。会社のデジタルトランスフォーメーション推進の一環として、SAP S/4 HANA 移行プロジェクトに貢献していただきます。プロセスエキスパート、プロセスマネージャー、IT部門との連携を通じて、プロセス標準化を促進していただきます。

[Job Description]

As part of the Global Team, you'll be a key player in supporting core business processes within Bosch's Mobility Sector.You'll be involved in a variety of projects, providing process consulting, driving process improvements, and offering essential support to both end-users and key users on the ServiceNow platform.As a vital member of our global team, you will support core business processes deployed across Bosch entities worldwide with your expertise in I2D logistic execution area covering R/3 and S/4 Hana applications.As an SAP "I2D Intralogistics to Demand" WM/EWM Process Consultant, you will be responsible for the deployment, support, and optimization of the I2D-warehouse management processes within our SAP environment.Contributing significantly to the SAP S/4 Hana migration project as part of the company’s digital transformation drive.You will coordinate and facilitate process standardization with Process Experts, the Process Managers and the IT departments.

IT、ロジスティクス、情報管理、情報システム、またはそれらに準ずる分野での学士号をお持ちの方。SAP WM または EWM に関する 4 年以上の実務経験（関連領域へのインターフェースプロセスに関する専門知識を含む）をお持ちの方。深いプロセス知識、カスタマイズの理解、数年のコンサルティングおよびロールアウト経験、テスト管理、ユーザーサポート、トレーニングの経験をお持ちの方。倉庫管理プロセスおよびソリューションに関する深い理解をお持ちの方。SAP トランスフォーメーション、ロールアウト、および実装プロジェクトで使用されるアプリケーションおよびツールに関する知識をお持ちの方。プロセスフィットギャップ分析の実施、プロセスワークフローの準備、明確かつ構造化されたビジネスプロセス要件の文書化、および技術チームとの効果的な連携ができる方。プロジェクトスケジュールと優先順位を考慮し、多数のビジネス要件とプロジェクト活動を調整できる方。強力な分析的思考スキル、自己組織化能力、構造化された責任感、および結果志向をお持ちの方。

[Required Experience/Skills]

Bachelor's degree in IT, Logistics, Information Management, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of functional experience with SAP WM and/or EWM, including expertise in interface processes to connected areas.Deep process knowledge, understanding of customizing, several years of consulting and rollout experience, test management, user support, and training experience.Deep understanding of warehouse management processes and solutions.Knowledge of applications and tools used in SAP transformation, rollout, and implementation projects.Ability to perform process fit-gap analysis, prepare process workflows, document clear and structured business process requirements, and effectively collaborate with the technical team.Ability to coordinate a large number of business requirements and project activities, taking into account project schedules and priorities.Strong analytical thinking skills, self-organization skills, a structured sense of responsibility, and results-oriented.

Experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementation.

[Required English Proficiency]

TOEIC score of 700 or higher (Advanced Business Level).
