We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Director of Human Resources to lead the Human Resources function and serve as a key member of the hotel’s Leadership Team. This role is responsible for driving the overall HR strategy and operations, including talent acquisition, colleague engagement, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and labor relations. The role ensures full alignment with Hyatt’s values, brand standards, and local labor legislation, while fostering a people-centric and performance-driven culture.

Minimum 10 years of HR experience in luxury hospitality or multinational environmentsPrevious experience as an HR Manager or Assistant Director of HR at Hyatt or international hotel brand is preferredProven leadership abilities and a collaborative approach to cross-departmental teamworkIn-depth understanding of Korean labor laws and HR best practicesExcellent interpersonal, coaching and influencing skillsFluency in both spoken and written Korean and English is requiredExperience with Hyatt systems and philosophy is a strong advantageMinimum 10 years of HR experience in luxury hospitality or multinational environmentsPrevious experience as an HR Manager or Assistant Director of HR at Hyatt or international hotel brand is preferredProven leadership abilities and a collaborative approach to cross-departmental teamworkIn-depth understanding of Korean labor laws and HR best practicesExcellent interpersonal, coaching and influencing skillsFluency in both spoken and written Korean and English is requiredExperience with Hyatt systems and philosophy is a strong advantage
