We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Director of Human Resources to lead the Human Resources function and serve as a key member of the hotel’s Leadership Team. This role is responsible for driving the overall HR strategy and operations, including talent acquisition, colleague engagement, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and labor relations.
