Job Description

We are looking for energetic and motivated interns with Japanese (N2+) and English proficiency to join our team in Project Management, Supply Chain, or Translation & Requirement Management. Apply once, and we’ll match you to the role that best fits your skills, background, and interests

 

Job 1: Project Management Intern

Support process-related tasks and documentation.

Handle administrative duties: meeting invitations, workshop preparation, meeting minutes, follow-ups, internal website updates.

Support organizational activities (onboarding, engagement, automation documentation).

Learn and use internal tools to maintain project information in management systems.

Job 2: Supply Chain Intern

Support sales back-office projects (BPO) and communicate with Japanese customers for project status and information sharing.

Use ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to assist BOSCH units in Japan/Germany/Austria with purchasing, logistics, and sales processes.

Job 3: Translation & Requirement Management Support Intern

Input and manage specification documents in the DOORS system.

Maintain consistency in attributes/layouts and update changes in the system.

Support configuration management, tracking reports, and JP-EN technical translation.

Qualifications

Undergraduate student (3rd/4th year preferred) who can work full-time for 6 months

Able to provide the official recommendation or introduction letters from the universities  

Good communication skills in both Japanese (N2 or above) and English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Positive working attitude, willingness to learn, and high teamwork spirit.

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
