Job Description

Order management support:

Cooperate to sales and WH to issue invoice when deliveringTracking and follow up with carrier and customer (include CO & CQ)Timely notify mentors/ supervisor any extraordinary occurPO tracking and record for order management and payment processInventory report update

Billing support:

Customer information checking and correct before issuing final invoiceUpdate VAT rate for material source

Others: 

Arrange hard document in orderSubmit supply chain document for sign and stamp as Department's inquiryAd-hoc topics are discussed during period

Qualifications3rd, 4th year student major in Supply chain, Logistics, or International Economics during internship periodNo working experiences required, although students with experience in Logistics and Transportation is preferred Fluent in English is required, German is optionalProficiency in MS (Word, Excel, Power point...) in requiredStrong communication skillsStrong attention to detail, work ethic, willing to learnHard-working, detailed oriented, result orientedBe able to provide Letter of Recommendation with university's stamp
