Job Description

1. Order management support (50%): 

Cooperate to sales and WH to issue invoice when deliveringTracking and follow up with carrier and customer (include CO & CQ)Timely notify mentors/ supervisor any extraordinary occurPO tracking and record for order management and payment processInventory report update

2. Billing support (30%):

Customer information checking and correct before issuing final invoiceUpdate VAT rate for material source

3. Others (20%):  

Arrange hard document in orderSubmit supply chain document for sign and stamp as Department's inquiryAd-hoc topics are discussed during period

QualificationsEntitled as full-time student major in Accounting, Supply chain, Logistics, or International EconomicsNo working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantageExperience in Logistics and transportation is preferredEloquent in English and Vietnamese, German is optionalAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong communication skillsStrong attention to detail, work ethic, willing to learnHard working, eager to learn, result-orientedProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university
