Job DescriptionIn charge of checking documents for weekly paymentsIn charge of having accounting documents signed & stampedIn charge of archiving and retrieving of accounting documentsSupport in preparation of statutory reports such as SBV report, Statistics reports, reports to Ministry of Planning and Investment, etc.Support in Period-end Closing activities (Month-end, quarter-end, Year-end closing)Support in preparation of data and documents for Internal and External audit, Tax inspection, Customs audit purposes (if any)Support in creating request to issue output invoices for payment on behalf, asset liquidity, other income, refund of insurance premium, etc.Support end-users on accounting related processes (tax invoice handling, payment, vendor creation, fixed assets, stock taking, etc.)Assist supervisor with ad hoc financial topics (audit/tax/investment/macro reports, projects, initiatives etc.)
