**Associate Director, New Product Planning (NPP)** is a key role to create “End to End” new franchise and product strategy of pipeline. The person in this position is expected to lead J-CST (Japan Commercial Strategy team) for Solid Tumor pipeline programs, maximizing the value of pipeline assets by collaborating closely with cross-functional partners (R&D, MAF, BU, IMAT) as well as regional/global partners to effectively develop and execute:
+ Strong LCM strategy with ensured commercial input and launch success with maximized product value
+ “Go to market model” to maximize asset value
+ Forecasting and Budget planning by acquiring key insights such as patient journey, buying process, treatment flow, unmet medical needs, TPP acceptance etc.
+ CDx strategy for relevant compounds
+ Launch excellence of new compounds for a responsible compound by co-leading cross functional launch team (NPI)
+ Commercial input (GFLS and JACI) to be incorporated in to global strategy by coordinating Japan cross-functional priorities
+ Support BD activities by providing commercial expertise
**Job requirements:**
<Experiences>
+ 5 years or more pharma business experience, pharma or biotech marketing experience preferred
+ New Product Planning experience preferred
+ New product launch experience in Sales or Marketing preferred
+ Demonstrated track record of business results in complex and ambiguous marketing environments
+ Successful management of agencies and vendor relationship
<Skills and Capabilities>
+ Possessing leadership potential
+ Ability to develop trust relationships in the organization, active listening and influencing are strongly preferred
+ Ability to work across multiple geographies and J&J companies
+ Managing agility in multiple tasks and work environment
+ Project management skills

<Qualification/Certificate>
+ Healthcare, bioscience, or business degree is preferred (MBA)
