Job DescriptionVisual Communication
Design both physical and digital communication materials for HR events (posters, banners, invitations, social media content, etc.) using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.Perform basic video editing with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or other relevant toolsEvent Coordination
Collaborate with the HR/Employer Branding team to plan and execute internal and external HR events (Women’s Day, Diversity Day, One Day Boschler, etc.).Manage preparation tasks including venue booking, material ordering, vendor coordination, and event setup.Support on-site event operations, ensuring smooth logistics and positive participant experience.Handle post-event activities such as invoice processing, report preparation, and feedback collection/analysis.Take charge of University engagement activities (job fairs, office tours, career talks, etc.) to strengthen Bosch’s employer brand.Other Tasks
Provide support for ad-hoc HR/Employer Branding initiatives as assigned by the supervisor.QualificationsUndergraduate student (3rd/4th year preferred) majoring in Communications, Human Resources, Economics or related fields.Able to join full-time internship for 6 months (Monday to Friday).Able to provide official internship recommendation letter from university (red seal stamped, internship period clearly indicated).Detail-oriented and possess good organizational skills.Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.Good communication, verbal and written both in English and Vietnamese.Having experience in handling projects, events is a plus.Additional InformationWHY BOSCH?
