**Job Description**
The Major Account Executive (Sales Role) is responsible for achieving assigned sales targets by generating profitable UPS revenue growth through the development of new business and the retention of existing business within their assigned accounts. As an account owner, this role covers all customer-related responsibilities, including client relationship management, solution development, and continuous support. The Major Account Executive analyzes customers’ supply chain needs, proposes appropriate solutions, and promptly responds to client requests to ensure satisfaction and business growth.
**Role & Responsibilities (Field Sales Focus)**
Field Sales & Account Management: Act as the main contact for assigned customers, conduct regular visits, resolve issues, and drive business growth. Customer Needs & Solution Selling: Analyze customer logistics and supply chain needs and provide tailored UPS solutions. New Business Development and Sales Engagement: Identify and pursue new customers through prospecting, cold calls, and visits. And, Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and negotiations to secure new contracts and expand accounts. Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Reporting & Performance: Track and manage sales activities and pipeline to meet assigned targets.
**Qualifications**
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degrees are a plus. Industry Experience:
+ Preferred but not required: Sales experience in express parcel companies or air freight forwarding/aviation cargo sales.
+ Candidates ranging from entry-level to highly experienced professionals are welcome. There are no restrictions based on career length, and compensation and contract conditions will be adjusted according to experience and capabilities.
+ For entry-level candidates, strong passion for the logistics and healthcare industries and the drive to grow are highly valued.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Korean is required. English proficiency is preferred but not mandatory; strong English skills will be considered a plus. Communication and Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships, complemented by an entrepreneurial mindset and proactive problem-solving approach. Sales Discipline & Execution: Demonstrated ability (or strong potential for entry-level candidates) to plan and execute effective field sales activities.
**Working Hours**
+ Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (1-hour lunch break excluded)
