BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.

BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.

Job DescriptionProvide advice and guidance to customers via call, e-mail(inbound / outbound)Be the image of the company and service and ensure high customer experience by answering, escalating and following up all requestsFollow the company's Internal Regulations, policies as well as the service's work instructions and processes (register all interactions in the database, contribute to the knowledge base development, etc.)Fulfill additional assignments (e.g. support colleagues across all sites, setup of new services)Achieve the individual and service key performance indicatorsStrive to continuously develop and improve the processes and service to always ensure the best customer experience

QualificationsAdvance or higher Japanese language level (verbal & written)Good knowledge in MS-Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)A natural communicator, adapting your style to each customerBasis knowledge in Purchasing areaConfident and willingness to learn, with the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience from start to finishInnovative and solution orientated mind-setAbility to work under pressure and good team engagementFlexibility in hours of work/shift patternIdeally having already experience in a customer service environment
