You’ll be at the forefront of identity innovation, driving secure access, seamless authentication, and compliance across cloud and hybrid platforms. Collaborate with architects, security teams, and application owners to deliver robust identity solutions aligned with Zero Trust and modern IAM principles** **Key Responsibilities** + Design & Implementation: Architect, configure, and maintain Entra ID tenants, including user, group, and application management. Integrate SaaS and on-premises applications using SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect + Authentication & Access: Implement and manage SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM). Customize claims, configure adaptive access, and enable passwordless authentication + Identity Governance: Support identity lifecycle management (Joiner/Mover/Leaver), access reviews, and governance processes. Manage guests, external partners, and cross-tenant access + Automation & DevOps: Automate identity operations using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Terraform, and GitLab. Develop scripts and CI/CD pipelines to streamline IAM processes + Security & Compliance: Monitor sign-in activity, audit logs, and respond to identity-related security alerts using Microsoft Defender for Identity. Ensure compliance with GDPR, NIST, and other regulations + Collaboration: Work closely with InfoSec, application owners, and cross-functional teams to align on project objectives and technical outcomes + Support & Documentation: Provide Tier 2/3 support for identity incidents, document configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Mentor IAM engineers and support teams across regions **Profile** **_Technical Expertise:_** + 3+ years of proven experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) in enterprise environments. Deep knowledge of Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), and hybrid identity setups + Automation: Strong PowerShell scripting and automation workflows.
