Job DescriptionAbout The Role
Are you a creative spark with a knack for bringing people together? We are looking for a high-energy Internal Engagement & Programs Intern to help us transform our workplace culture. You won’t just be sitting behind a desk; you’ll be the architect of our internal games, the face of our innovation events, and the creative voice behind our internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
Program Design & Execution: Assist in conceptualizing and running diverse internal initiatives, including English language workshops, skill-building bootcamps, and "Lunch & Learn" sessions.Gamification & Competitions: Help design and moderate internal competitions, such as AI Prompt Engineering challenges, innovation hackathons, and team-based games.Creative Content: Design eye-catching posters, newsletters, and digital assets to promote upcoming events and keep the team informed.Community Building: Organize team-bonding activities and "connection" events to improve cross-departmental collaboration and employee morale.Logistics & Support: Manage the "behind-the-scenes" of events—from tracking registrations and feedback to managing live event tech (Zoom/Teams/Slido).QualificationsCurrently enrolled in (or a recent graduate of) a degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, Business, or a related creative field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).Strong interest in Corporate Culture, Learning & Development, or Event Management.Strong communication and storytelling skills.Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or other design tools is a plus.Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in taking initiative.Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.Additional InformationWhy BOSCH?
