Job Description

Bosch Car Multimedia team is looking for full-time SW System Architect working at Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The CM team develops high-quality, state-of-the-art Automotive Head Unit and Home Appliance Linux/Android-based systems.

Together with other Bosch locations worldwide, we provide software solutions for navigation,

vehicle functions, autonomous driving, camera, and IoT features to the car marker.

Responsibilities / Main Tasks of SW Architect:

Design Software Architecture Define software architecture that fulfils the software requirementsMake architectural decisions, document and communicate architectureEvaluate and verify architectureSupport development team with expertise, overview (requirement development, detailed design, implementation, integration and software test)Estimate cost of technical solutionIdentify & manage technical debtsIdentify, analyses technical issues at system levelCreate and improve guidelines (design principles, patterns, coding/modelling guideline def.)Influences or defines software development methods and tools

Qualifications

Mandatory

Bachelor/Master degree, major in computer scienceAt least 5 years of experience at Software ArchitectIn-depth understanding of Android Architecture (AOSP), Android SDKStrong knowledge in Android HAL, Android Service Framework(AIDL, IPC, Binder, Serializable, Parcelable, etc)Proficient in C/C++, Java, and Android build systemsHands-on experience in Software Detailed Design and Software Architecture DesignHands-on experience in UMLGood hold on reading schematics and data sheets for componentsSelf-discipline, self-motivation and strong teamwork spiritGood communication skills and English both in oral and written

Preferable

Experience in Android Automotive, Android platform developmentExperience in AUTOSARExperience in CAN communication protocolKnowledge on ASPICE, functional safety (ISO26262)Knowledge on DevOps, CI & CD
