Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering field. 10+ years of experience in project/program management with strong leadership and organizational development skills. Proven experience in the embedded systems field and in managing teams of 50+ members. Solid understanding of software requirements and the software development lifecycle. Proficiency in V-Model and Agile methodologies for effective project execution. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor individuals, and support both technical and personal development. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong ability to collaborate effectively across departments and multidisciplinary teams.Nice to Have:
Experience in the automotive embedded systems field. Familiarity with continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) practices. PMP and/or Scrum Master certification(s) preferred. Additional InformationWhy BOSCH?
