BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.
BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.
We are looking for a motivated intern to support both translation and administrative tasks within our project team. This hybrid role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, collaborating with engineers, project managers, and business stakeholders across regions.
Key Responsibilities
Support Engineer to translate technical documents, project requirements, and reports between Chinese and English accurately.Support project documentation, meeting notes, and progress tracking.Assist in organizing department meetings, workshops, and internal events.Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and document uploads.Manage and control team funds for weekly/monthly engagement activities.Support managers in preparing presentations, handling complex data, and processing billing topics.Perform other coordination and administrative duties as assigned.Qualifications3rd or 4th-year university student majoring in Business Administration, Secretary Studies, Linguistics, or related fields.
Must provide a recommendation/introduction letter from the university clearly stating the internship start and end dates, and bearing the official red circular stamp.
Proficient in English; ability to read and write in Chinese (HSK2+) is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, especially in handling technical terminology and documentation.
Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Hardworking, proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
