Job Description About the role: We are looking for a talented Content Creator to bring our brand stories to life through captivating visual content. This role requires a creative individual who can conceptualise, shoot and edit photos for use across multiple platforms, including Instagram, EDMs, our private Member portal and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of photo production techniques, be proficient in planning and briefing shoots, and share our innate passion for storytelling. What you need to have:Minimum 4 years of experience as a photographer or content creator, with a focus on F&B and luxury hospitalityProficiency in photo editing software and strong portfolio showcasing a variety of photography projectsA passion for telling stories with a keen eye for detailSolid organisational skills with a problem-solving mindsetAbility to work collaboratively within a creative team and adapt to changing prioritiesKnowledge of social platforms and best practices for photo content is a plusWhat you will do:
Conceptualise and produce high-quality image content for social, digital, campaign and print useCollaborate closely with the Brand & Content team to develop creative shoot concepts that align with our overall brand expression, strategic objectives and visual styleIndependently operate DSLR photography equipment and lighting to capture high-quality visual assetsEdit raw files into polished assets, with a sensitive and thoughtful post-production approachWork alongside multiple teams to create a strong bank of visual assets, including but not limited to F&B, interiors, portraits (guests artists, chefs, performers etc as well as Associate head shots), events and general in-Club experiencesAct as the in-house custodian for our growing visual asset library, identifying best practice opportunities for tagging, filing and archiving contentStay up to date with industry trends and best practices in content creation and social media, particularly InstagramWhat our work culture looks like: Teams who are dedicated to excellence, innovation and getting results we can be proud of A leadership culture that genuinely cares about your professional development and well-being An open-minded family where everyone contributes, and every voice is welcomed A convivial community where having fun is a big part of getting the job done
