Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Intern to join our Corporate Communication team in Hanoi office. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment and build essential communication and event management skills. You’ll play an active role in supporting internal communication strategies, storytelling, and company-wide engagement initiatives. 

Internal & External Communication 

Develop and deliver written content for various internal and external communication channels in alignment with brand voice, clarity, and consistency

Publish and maintain content across internal communication platforms

Design artwork, infographic, illustrations for communication materials to effectively convey key messages 

Collaborate with various departments to gather inputs, validate messages, and support timely communication delivery

Assist in tracking communication activities, content calendars, and engagement metrics

Event Coordination 

Support planning and execution of various corporate company events. 

Handle event logistics: prepare checklists, manage timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and assist with onsite setup. 

Capture engaging photos and videos for event documentation and post-event communication. 

Help operate broadcasting tools and livestream platforms during hybrid/on-site events. 

Provide administrative support to the Corporate Communication team. 

Qualifications

Undergraduate student (3rd/4th year preferred) majoring in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields. 

Able to join full-time internship for 6 months (Monday to Friday) 

Able to provide the official recommendation or introduction letters from the universities  

Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (written and verbal). 

Ability to create visually appealing and impactful designs and illustrations 

Creative and skilled in turning ideas into engaging stories

Proficient in MS Office, Canva Pro, and design tools

Familiar with operating digital camera, video equipment and systems 

Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative with a can-do attitude. 

Comfortable with event support and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
