				Processing the daily transaction of the PS section in accuracy, properly and within TAT
 Printing and checking correspondence/endorsement letter before sending to customer
 Coordinating with other departments to process related PS issues
 Participating actively in development of PS procedure/ special projects effectively and timely
 Reviewing and working with related departments for enhancing systems, build up new products
 Following up and supporting team member to complete test plan effectively
 Handling other tasks as requested by the management
 Qualification: University/College graduated
 At least 2 year experience in relevant position
 Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and best practices, experience in customer service, insurance 
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a remote team.
 Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
