Role Purpose
The Director/Senior Director of iChubb Development will lead the design, institutionalization, and governance of the iChubb distribution model in Vietnam. This role is responsible for shaping the strategic framework, compensation structure, quality assurance, and risk management to ensure the iChubb channel achieves sustainable, scalable, and compliant growth.
Key Responsibilities
Establish KRIs and quality controls to monitor iChubb recruitment and business practices.
Lead the design of audit and compliance mechanisms.
Report on risks, controls, and performance to CAO and ExCo.
Stakeholder & Field InfluenceAct as the central governance authority for iChubb, influencing senior sales leaders and field adoption.
Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, and Regional Office to align governance, contracts, and reporting.
Represent Chubb Life Vietnam in regional or regulatory discussions on iChubb-related matters.
Key Requirements
10–12 years in Agency or Distribution leadership, with direct involvement in governance, compensation, and recruitmentDemonstrated ability to design frameworks, policies, and governance models at scaleStrong track record in implementing risk frameworks, KRIs, and compliance controlsProven ability to influence C-level executives, regulators, and field leadersDeep experience in recruitment governance and leadership pipeline developmentAdvanced analytical skills, able to build dashboards and policy models for decision-makingProfessional fluency in Vietnamese and English, both written and spokenCore Competencies
