[Bosch R&D - Internship] Automotive Testing Engineer - Intern

Job DescriptionPrepare test samples and setups according to standard operating procedures and Test PlanAssist in conducting laboratory tests on automotive components testing such as electrical, mechanical, materials, and environmental testing using different laboratory equipment such as power supply, Microscope, Digital multimeter...Test setup preparation using the vehicle components like Connectors, Sensors, and Wiring Harness.Create test automation framework, test case, test script.Regular communication with different stakeholder (Design Engineer, Technical leader) about testing requirement, testing setup and testing result Laboratory management: 5S, Safety, Inventory management, Document control.

QualificationsFinal years students with Major in Mechanical/Mechatronics/AutomotiveAbility to read basic technical drawing, experience in making fixture, ability to propose fixture idea, ability to operate equipment such as drilling, cutting, welding, hand tools…Basic understanding of laboratory testing methods.Basic knowledge and hands-on with Python/C++/C# is a plusHaving basic knowledge about IVN (In-Vehicle Networking) including - CAN, CAN-FDGood English skills: Listening, speaking, reading, and writingAnalytical and proactive, open-minded working with a high sense of responsibility. High practical mindset, discipline and willingness to work in Laboratory.Self-planning & fast self-learning. Good communication and teamwork abilities.Experience in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
