Job brief
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Mid-level or Senior Communication Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating advanced expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing. This role is essential in shaping our visual communication, enhancing brand presence, and delivering compelling multimedia content for campaigns, events, and digital channels.

Responsibilities
Design high-quality visual assets for internal and external events, including presentations, event branding, banners, infographics, and Marketing - COM collateral.Create motion graphics and animations for video intros/outros, product explainers, social media content, and event visuals.Edit and produce professional-grade videos, including promotional videos, event highlights, and storytelling content.Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to understand project needs and deliver impactful visual narratives.Develop and uphold consistent visual identity and branding across all channels and materials.Support live and virtual marketing and communication events with visual assets, pre/post-production, and media packages.Stay updated on design and multimedia trends to bring innovation to the team.Qualifications
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.3+ years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics within a professional setting.Proven expertise in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign) and GenAI collaboration.Strong understanding of video storytelling and editing techniquesSolid grasp of branding principles, visual hierarchy, and typography.Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to translate business objectives into visual solutions.Attention to detail, creative flair, and a proactive mindset.Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience with 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D)Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic web asset integrationSoft Skills:
