BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH. 
BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally. 

Job DescriptionSupport customers in problem solving via SMT Ticket following ITIL Process which are maintained with defined SLA & KPI (would be trained later)Contribute to problem investigation, change managementWorking on Oracle PL/SQLSupport for new feature release, hot-fixedMaintain and manage the application servers (Post production)Other tasks and activities related to the current job can be assigned by line-manager

QualificationsUndergraduate student in IT/ Computer Science or relevant backgroundAbility to communicate effectively in English, both oral and writtenHave knowledge of SQL, PL/SQLTo be trained in process know how (Incident, Problem, Change Management)Flexible and able to support in CET time zone if required (1:00PM - 10:00PM)Have ability to work under pressure during peak periods and respecting the deadlinesHave teamwork spirit, pro-active to support, share workload, document/share the knowledge, open mindset and continuous improvement.Strong communication, interpersonal and intercultural skills
