Job Description
The Role -
1. Virtual Vehicle Dynamics CAE
2. Virtual NVH CAE
What you will do-
We are hiring two interns to join our Virtual Performance Engineering team, each focusing on a different area of vehicle simulation and development:
1. Virtual Vehicle Dynamics Engineer
As a Vehicle Dynamics intern, you will use simulation tools such as ADAMS, SIMPACK, and CarSim to analyze and improve how vehicles behave during driving. Your work will focus on Ride & Handling performance, including suspension, steering, and braking systems. You will also explore how ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) interact with vehicle dynamics by using co-simulation platforms like Simulink and IPG-Driver, helping validate control features such as lane keeping and adaptive cruise control.
2. Virtual NVH Engineer
As an NVH intern, you will perform simulations to predict and reduce vehicle noise and vibration. Using acoustic and vibration analysis tools, you will evaluate powertrain noise, road-induced vibration, and brake noise, and help design solutions to improve passenger comfort. Your work will support the development of effective acoustic packages and contribute to the refinement of vehicle sound quality.
Both roles offer hands-on experience with industry-standard simulation tools and the opportunity to contribute to the virtual development of future vehicles, helping reduce physical testing and accelerate innovation.
